eclipse 和 maven
https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi
打开页面，选择对应的版本下载。这里 apache-maven-3.8.7-bin.zip
下载好后，打开 eclipse, 打开 Window → Preferences → Maven → Installations，点击 Add,将刚才下载的 maven 配置进去就可以。因为从零开始，啥都喜欢用最新的。
再来配置 Window → Preferences → Maven → User Settings
